Jean M. Philbrick has worked at Cigna HealthCare for 28 years, currently as the Operations Director - Service Operations. She focuses on driving results, leading change and people development. A resident of Vernon, CT, she serves on the Board of Christian Education for First Congregational Church of Vernon and volunteers for many organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, and the annual United Way Day of Caring, to name a few. Jean received her B.S. in Health Systems Management from the School of Business Administration at the University of Connecticut, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Leadership Greater Hartford is the most comprehensive nonprofit community leadership organization in the country. We offer leadership training to individuals ranging from high school age to retirees, with community service projects featured in nearly all of our programs.
