Ruth E. Freeman, Neighbor

I am the co-founder of the CT Parenting Education Network and co-author of University of Connecticut's parenting curriculum, "Building Family Futures." I am a bio parent, foster parent, step parent and step grandparent. I work with my husband, Joe Freeman, who is also a parenting educator and licensed clinical social worker. We live and work in Storrs, just about a mile from campus.
