Laura Bush, Neighbor

I am a current Vernon Board of Education member.  Vernon has been my home for over 11 years.  My sons Jonathan, Matthew and Travis have gone through the Vernon School System and Jonathan and Travis volunteer as Fire Fighters in the community.  As a 2nd grade teacher at Andover Elementary School and teaching for over 16 years I feel strongly about providing the best education for students in my classroom and in my community.  My husband of over 30 years, Thomas, and I feel it is our responsibility to help our community as volunteers to make our town strong.
