Also we have spent…Read More so much money on the Senior Center already I would think we would not like it relocated. The commercial property mentioned should draw a large company name to this area and generate a healthy tax base. It’s too bad that Sears/Kmart would not invest in this area.

Now for my recommendation for this property. I agree with others that the foundation should be taken up and land be left clear. Its unreasobable that the town has not forced movment on this property since the 1994 fire 19 years ago.

An IHop would also be great but obviously this building is way too small for that!
