Russ's Time is a rock and roll themed diner located in the historic district of Vernon Rockville. The walls in the restaurant are decorated with classic rock and roll memorabilia from the 50s and 60s, including many pictures of Gene Pitney, who grew up in Rockville. Breakfast and lunch are served seven days a week in a nostalgic and fun atmosphere. Russ's Time can also be rented for private parties of up to 30 guests.
