The Rockville High School football team's Friday opener against E.O. Smith is shaping up to be more than a game.
How about a full-fledged gala event with free tickets and a bouncy house and a dunk tank.
Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., but the festivities are slated to begin at 5 p.m. A variety of games and activities will be available for young people.
Fox Hill Center and ECHN's Family Resource Center at Maple Street School are starting a fall playgroup Kidsplay/Playing with Gramma & Grampa.

Cub Scout Pack 221 is sponsoring a bottle and can drive on Saturday from 10 a.m. to Noon at Lake Street School.
