School Board Slated to Meet Tonight at 7
RHS could have a new principal by the end of the meeting.
The Board of Education is scheduled to meet tonight at 7 at the administration building.
Here are the agenda highlights.
• The following policy revisions are included on the consent agenda:
- Drugs, alcohol and the use of tobacco products.
- Weapons and items used as such.
– Out of school misconduct.
- Gang activity or association.
- Dress and grooming.
- Use of trained dogs for search on school property.
• Rockville High School student representative report.
• Appointment of the Rockville High School Principal.
• Confucius Classroom at RHS.
• Request to Town Council for an additional appropriation to eliminate the current deficit.
• 360 Degree Evaluation process for superintendent.
• School security update.
