The Annual July in the Sky Celebration to Feature a Stacked Schedule of Activities

The event is slated for July 3.

Another installment in a series leading up to Vernon's fireworks.

They are all part of this year's July in the Sky fireworks show, scheduled for Tuesday, July 3 from 6 to 10 p.m. in Downtown Rockville.

The rain date is scheduled for July 5.

Viewing is also offered at Henry Park. Many residents also go to Northeast School's fields.

The Rockville Community Alliance and the are again joining forces to present the fireworks.

The Rockville portion of the event will also feature the traditional "Push, Pedal and Pull Patriotic Parade, food booths, informational booths, entertainment and carnival-type booths.

It will also be an opportunity to meet the new community police officers assigned to the Ward Street sub-station.

Fireworks will be shot off just after dark from the Fox Hill Tower at Henry Park.
