Strong Family Farm Invites You to Volunteer Work Day
Join us for a volunteer event to spruce up the farm at the Strong Family Farm. The Strong Family Farm, long a Vernon icon as a historic farm, is in the process of becoming a non-profit historical and educational agricultural site. We need volunteers for a morning of cleaning up the barns, sweeping, raking, painting, moving and labeling farm tools, weed whacking, clearing the fence lines, raking the lawn, etc. in order to prepare the buildings for capital improvements.
Won’t you begin the journey with us to save the beautiful reminder of our agricultural past?
Please join us on Saturday, September 7th
