PUtting Your Garden to Bed for the Winter

The Strong Family Farm will have a couple lectures during the Harvest Festival on Oct. 19th.  At 10:30 there will be a lecture by Master Gardener Ginny Gingras at the Strong Family Farm Coop Garden next to the hay bale maz.  There will also be a canning lecture by our own Claudia Steele.
Don't forget to bring your carved pumpkin to be judged and visit the photo gallery with many vendors in the dairy barn.  Kids crafts will be in the hay barn and small animals in the stalls. 
The Harvest Festival will be from 9-2. 
Sorry, there is no parking at the farm, but at Vernon Center School and Vernon Center Middle School.
