VYBO Sets Fall Registration Sessions

The first session is July 30.

The Vernon Youth Baseball Organization has announced details on its fall baseball program for 2012.  

Like prior years, the VYBO will be participating in the fall programs with Manchester, South Windsor and Glastonbury. The program will include players who have recently graduated from Vernon and Rockville Little League programs for ages 12 and 13, as well as 14- and 15 year-old-players.

This year's registration fee is being offered at $90 per player, a reduced rate from last year's $100 fee.  

Registrations are scheduled at the Vernon Teen Center for the following dates:

  • Monday, July 30, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Aug. 1, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
  • Thursday, Aug. 2, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, Aug. 4, from 10 a.m. tio noon.

What is needed to register:

  • Complete the 2012 Fall Registration Form (found on the Web site in the Handouts Section).  
  • Cash or check (made out to VYBO) for $90 (see registration form for families registering more than one player).
  • If the player is new to VYBO (did not participate in a VYBO program such as Babe Ruth, Farmington Bank/Vantis Life, etc in the Spring/Summer 2012 season) a copy of the player's birth certificate for proof of age is required.
