About 35 players took the field on Monday to start the football season at Rockville High School.
As coaches broke down the team into smaller units to supervise drills, team managers made sure the water bottles were ready for the next brerak. It wasn't hot by August standards, but it was also a night for sweat.
School officials saud they expect a roster of 40 once some late physicals are taken.
