The Vernon Lacrosse Association is currently accepting online registrations for a new girls lacrosse program to begin play in the spring of 2012.
The program will have a focus on players in grades K through 6 as it develops.
Girls play to a different set of non-contact rules than boys, with limited equipment needs.
Equipment consists of girls lacrosse stick, mouth guard, goggles and cleats.
