Greg Caron competed in the handcycle race of the Boston Marathon on Monday, completing the course in 1:58:49.
Caron's finish was good enough for eighth place. Ricardo Corral, Sr., from the Bronx, won the handcycle race in 1:35:38.
Caron, 26, lost both legs, a finger, took shrapnel to his body, and broke his collarbone in an improvised explosive device explosion in Afghanistan in November.
