Pizza Shop Earmarked for Old Scranton Truck Building
It should be open next month, an official said.
First gas.
Now pizza.
All next to the Rockville Stop & Shop.
Plans are in place to put a Papa John's Pizza Shop at the old Scranton Motors Commercial Division building next to the supermarket at Route 83 and Windsorville Road.
Economic Development Coordinator Shaun Gately said on Thursday that the pizza shop should be ready to go next month.
He said is is one of four new papa John's outlets in the area, including Bloomfield.
The franchise owners are renting the property from Scranton Motors, Gately said.
The gas station has been open since the first week in October.
