RHS Festival of Bands Slated for Oct. 20
A total of 16 bands - including two college bands - are slated to compete.
It's time for the annual Rockville High School Festival of Bands.
The 2012 edition is scheduled to take place on Oct. 20 at 5:30 p.m.
It's the 20th anniversary show and it will feature 16 bands from around Connecticut and Massachusetts, including two college bands - Central Connecticut State University and the University of Massachusetts. Nearly 1,000 musicians and color guard members will take the field in competition.

Pre-sale tickets are available for $8 for adults and $4 for seniors/students.
Ticket prices the evening of the event are $10 for adults and $5 for seniors/students.
