RHS Coach: The Week Went Beyond the Scoreboard

Some positive signs emerged, he said.

On paper, the 50-0 football loss to Platt by Rockville n Friday hurts.

The Rams were able to move the ball, but couldn't score.

That's not to say the week was devoid of anything positive, according to head coach Rob Scxholtz.

Devon Charles ran for 116 yards on 23 carries Trenton Shelton added 45 yards.

The Rams hosted the Vernon Vipers and their families Friday on Youth Football Night.

And on Thursday, freshmen team "looked good beating Platt," Scholtz said.

He said it was in from of what coach Charles Russell called the biggest freshmen game crowd he's on recent memory, Scholtz indicated.
