The weekend blizzard has caused another snow day.

Schools will be closed on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013.
While our schools and roadways are in better shape than they were on Sunday, they are still not safe enough for our students to get back and forth to school.

Work will continue tonight and tomorrow on widening the roadways, increasing the turning radius around corners, clearing sidewalks, cleaning parking lots, and clearing storm drains.
I repeat, The Vernon Public Schools will be closed on Tuesday, Feb. 12.
