The Bolton/Coventry/Rockville and E.O. Smith/Tolland/Windham hockey teams tied 1-1 on Saturday in a game played at the Bolton Ice Palace.
Both goals came in the first period.
At the 6:24 mark, J.R. Piretti scored from Kevin Morton and Liam McGrath at the 6:24 mark to make it 1-0 BCR.
With a second remaining in the period Peter Mayer scored the tying goal from Justin Gagnon and Darryl St. Onge.
BCR goalie Cameron Earle made 28 saves while EOTW goalie Matt Schoen stopped 36 shots.
BCR is now 13-1-2 and EOTW is 8-8-1.
BCR is in action again tonight at 8 with a scheduled game against Hall/Southington at Veterans Arena in West Hartford.
