BCR Co-Op Hockey Team Unveils New Uniforms

The schools' traditional colors were employed.

The new Bolton-Coventry-Rockville co-op high school hockey team has picked a blue, gold and white color combination for its sweaters.

There is green trim around the letters and numbers.

The team, formed over the spring, was showing off the new uniforms at a scrimmage on Thursday at the Bolton Ice Palace, though it did not wear them during the scrimmage.

Last year, the Rockville-Manchester-Stafford team had a red, white and blue color scheme and Bolton and Coventry had a blue, green and white combination - essentially the old Hartford Whalers pattern.

This year, colors from the schools' traditional uniforms were adopted for the new co-op.

A nickname has yet to be chosen.
