Super Bowl Sunday Recipe - Buffalo Chicken Pizza Sticks

My first in a four part special leading up to the Super Bowl, featuring awesome game day recipes to wow your friends and family on Sunday night!

This is the first in a four part special leading up to the Super Bowl. The first game day recipe is fun, easy to make, and delicious, too!

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8 oz) roll Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust (Substitute 12 ounces of refrigerated pizza dough)
  • 1 cup (237 ml) buffalo wing sauce (look for “wing sauce” not “hot sauce”)
  • 2 cups (210 grams) shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup (60 grams) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (60 grams) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Then, spray a baking sheet (with sides) with cooking spray.
  2. Form pizza dough into a 15-inch by 10-inch rectangle (this doesn’t have to be exact, just close). Place dough onto baking sheet then bake for 8 minutes.
  3. While the pizza crust bakes, add buffalo wing sauce and shredded chicken to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  4. Evenly spread the buffalo chicken over the baked pizza crust then scatter the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and half of the sliced green onions on top.
  5. Bake the pizza 6 to 10 minutes until cheese has melted and starts to bubble.
  6. Scatter the rest of the sliced green onions over pizza then cut into 16 pizza sticks.

You could set up a feeding station with a trail-cam ; you can see if he's coming around. TrailRead More cams run from $60 to $200 - but I have a "cheapy" $80 that does night time and day time shots and is fantastic, so the cheaper cams are very good.

Go out late a "night", when it is very quite, call his name. I have found many cats thisRead More way, because house cats don't like a lot of noise and are very afraid. Your cat is hiding, will be afraid to come out. Look in areas were there is woods, secluded areas.
