Visions for Vacancies: What Does Vernon Need Next to Cardio Express?
It's one of the newer buildings in town.
Vernon Patch loves your input. So, in a column called Visions for Vacancies, we present a vacant building - in this case part of a newer one that currently houses a fitness center - and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use for it.
Yes, we have zoning regulations, but put all of that aside for now and concentrate on what you would like to see there or what would be the best use for the community.
Today, we are featuring the vacant portion of the, for lack of a better term, Cardio Express building, on Route 83 near the Merline Road Intersection.
The entire side of the section that faces Route 83 needs a tenant or tenants and so does a section of the building that abuts the health club.
