What should go on the 300 block of Talcottville Road?

So we know what's happening on the North side of a two-parcel section of land on Talcottville Road between the New Shepard Supply Co. and Juliano's Pools.

Cumberland Farms took care of that last month when it broke ground for a new store at 333 Talcottville Rd.

That leaves us with the parcel to the south.

Vernon Patch loves your input. So, in a column called Visions for Vacancies, we present a vacant building or unoccupied parcel and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use for it.

Yes, we have zoning regulations, but put all of that aside for now and concentrate on what you would like to see there or what would be the best use for the community.

level building & landscape small trees too small of a parcel but it will bought up by middle-eastern people and traffic issues will still be there

Leave it open, we have too many buildings around town that are not occupied. I hope in the future a company will want to build.

Seems like a good location for a fast food joint that we do not have in Vernon yet. Maybe a Wendy's? I would love to have a Popeye's though!!
