As the Stop & Shop at the other end of the plaza expands, we wonder about the old Sears Hardware vacancy.
Yes, Vernon Patch loves your input. So, in a column called Visions for Vacancies, we present a vacant building - this week the former Sears Hardware near KMart and Stop & Shop on Pitkin Road - and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use for it.
We do have zoning regulations, but put all of that aside for now and concentrate on what you would like to see there or what would be the best use for the community.
