Visions for Vacancies: A Prime Spot at Tri-City

What should go in the busy plaza?

Today, we are featuring the old Adams supermarket toward the end of the Tri-City Plaza shopping center, next to Homegoods.

It's right near an interchange for Interstate-84 and a hotel project has been proposed for the parcel behind it.
