• Adoption of the 2012-13 budget meeting and public hearing schedule.
• 3. Discussion of a request that the Town Council accept ownership of and responsibility for the Maxwell "family burial ground," as referenced in the Last Will and Testament of J. Alice Maxwell dated March 28, 1941.
