Police Cars, Fire Trucks and Auditors on the Tuesday Council Agenda

The Town Council is scheduled to meet tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
Here are the agenda highlights:
• Mayor's report.
• Approval of the fiscal year 2012 auditors.
• Discussion of the re-designation of available funds for the purchase of two police vehicles.
• Discussion of the sale of a 1989 fire truck to the Bowman Community Fire Department in Texas for $16,000.
• Authorize Mayor George Apel to submit a Local Capital Improvement Program grant application for $15,000 for ADA improvements.
• Amend the actions taken on Feb. 21 regarding the Maxwell family burial ground and discuss taking municipal ownership of the Belding burial plot.
• Discussion requested by Town Council member John Kopec relating to the issue of barking dogs.
