Yes, he says, there is a technique that goes with those giant scissors.
He's done it at a restaurant.
He's done it with karate experts.
Most recently, he did it in front of a waterfall.
And man, those scissors are big.
But just how does Mayor George Apel handle thewm at those ribbon-cutting ceremonies?
No 1. is watch your toes, he says.
Then, watch your fingers.
Then, watch the fingers of others. They are taxpayers, after all.
Apel graciously took the time to explain his method in a short video after dedicating the new Hockanum Falls viewing area on Thursday.
