An East Hartford woman was to appear in court on Thursday after being charged with violating a protective order, police said.
Kristen Shattruck, 20, was brought to Vernon at 3:45 a.m. on Thursday after being taken into custody by Wethersfield police. A warrant out of Vernon had been issued for her arrest, police said.
She was held on a $3,500 bond until her court appearance, police said.
