Woman Charged for June Road Incident

Charges include assault and DUI, police said.

A Manchester woman is facing four charges for a June traffic incident on Vernon. 
A warrant had been issued for her arrest. 

Ruth Davila, 56, of 10 Woodland St., Manchester, was charged on Wednesday with a stop sign violation and driving under the influence for her actions on the road that day at Hartford Turnpike and Kelly Road, according to a police report. 

She recorded a blood alcohol level of .279, police said. 

She was charged with third-degree assault and assaulting emergency personnel after allegedly spitting at an ambulance crew at the scene, police said.
