Windsor Woman Charged With Trying to Steal Formula in Vernon

the incident took place at the Kmart on Hartford Turnpike, police said.

A Windsor woman is facing three charges after she attempted to steal baby formula from a local Kmart, police said.

Nicole Clark, 22, of 760 Windsor Ave, Windsor, provided false personal information to police at the scene, according to an arrest report.

Clark has been charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with police and sixth-degree larceny.

Police initially set Clark's bond $1,000, but it was later reduced to $250, according to an arrest report. Clark was released and is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Oct. 11, police said.
