Vernon Wednesday / Early Thursday Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Vernon Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.



An East Windsor resident is facing a second-degree breach of peace charge and another that he interfered with police during an incident with a patient at Rockville General Hospital, police said.

He was taken into custody at 3:53 a.m. on Thursday, according to an arrest report.

John Bacigalupo, 37, is due in court on April 3 to face those charges, police said. His bond was set at $1,500, police said.



A Enfield resident has been charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at Dart Hill and Skinner roads at 12:23 a.m. on Thursday, police said.

Heather Marie Brewer, 35, of 26 Conlin Dr., Enfield, was initially pulled over for improper tail lights, police said.

While police were interviewing her at the scene, Brewer admitted consuming alcohol prior to driving and she then failed field sobriety tests, police said.

Her bond was set at $500 and she is due in court on April 2, police said.



A Vernon resident is facing a second-degree breach of peace charge after an altercation with her husband, police said.

Denise Connors, 48, of 18 Tyler Lane, was released a $500 bond and assigned a Thursday court date, police said.
