VPD New Year's Arrest Log

Here is a summary of the Vernon Police Department arrest log for the New Year's period. Information is furnished by the VPD and does not indicate a conviction. 

Nina Bccala, 41, of 155 West Main St., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening at 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 31, police said.

Robert Rummel, 30, of 139 Stickney Hill Rd., Union, was charged with registration and insurance violations, narcotics possession and the use of drug paraphernalia at 5:28 p.m. on New Year's Eve, police said.

Mark Joseph Carney, 50, of 424 Tunnel Rd., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening at 4:02 p.m. on Dec. 30, police said. 

• 

Raymond Minor, 50, of 161 East Main St., was charged with the sale of a hallucinogen on Dec. 30, police said. 

He was arrested at 5:45 p.m., police said.
