Joshua Michael D’Angona, 21, of 150 Hany Ln., was arrested by Vernon Police at 725 Hartford Tpke. and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering/resisting arrest.
Parviz Khalladeh, 57, of 164 Vernon Ave., Apt. 29, was arrested by Vernon Police at an unspecified location and charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Amanda I. Saunders, 28, of 76 Union St. Apt. 2W, was arrested by Vernon Police on an active arrest warrant. Saunders was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance.
