Vernon Parking Ban to be Lifted on Thursday
Crews have been hustling to widen the streets.
Vernon police have announced that the townwide parking ban will end on Thursday at 8 a.m.
Department of Public Works and state Department of Transportation crews have been working feverishly to widen the roadways in town.
Police are reminding residents, however, that overnight parking is still prohibited on all streets in Vernon.
