Mark-I agree that handing out these forms was probably not the brightest idea. I am disputing the…Read More author's usage of the word bullying in the piece. It is the hot word to use these days and is purposely being used incorrectly to gain attention. Bullying is repeated aggressive behavior. There was none of that.
