Vernon Couple Facing More Domestic-Related Charges

Police said they discovered one warrant during a traffic stop.

A Vernon couple is facing domestic charges again.

Jessica Robinson, 27, was arrested on Monday at 10:30 a.m. and charged with  violating a protective order. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she is due in court today, police said.

Anthony Parker, 31, was charged with failure to pay or plead after a traffic stop investigation revealed there was a warrant issued for his arrest. His bond was set at $92 and he is due in court on Jan. 13, police said. 

The police call log indicates there was a traffic stop on Warren Avenue at that time.

Parker and Robinson live at 118 West Main St., according to police records.

Parker and Robinson were arrested for second-degree breach of peace in mid-September after a domestic dispute, according to police records. 

Parker was also charged with threatening in the September incident, in which both claimed to be pushed around during the argument, according to police records.

At the time, Robinson referred to Parker as her 'fiance' an arrest report indicates.



A South Windsor man surrendered to Vernon police at 7 p.m. on Monday after a warrant had been issued for his arrest, police said.

Viktor Virgalla, 27, of 4 Good Hill Rd., South Windsor is charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation for an incident on June 10, police said.

His bond was set at $8,000 with a court date of today, police said.
