Teen Facing Burglary, Assault Charges

He was arrested in Andover.

A Vernon teen was picked up by police in Andover on Tuesday and is now in custody to face a number of charges related to burglary and assault, an arrest report indicates.

Jean Levasseur, 19, of 92 Prospect St., Apt. 2, was taken into custody at 5:27 p.m. on Tuesday at the home of his girlfriend on Shoddy Mill Road in Andover, off Route 6, police said.

Police said his charges include:

• Second-degree assault.
• second-degree breach of peace.
• First-degree burglary with an injury.
• Risk of injury to a child.

He was assigned a court date of Dec. 18 and his bond was set at $100,000, police said.

No other information was immediately available.

so saying that they know each other is a domestic dispute which means that everybody's arrested too. He got hit his girl got hit.is never been in trouble with the law before why didnt he get a pta? not to mention he's really great kid ,always helpful always time always willing to do something for others .he was provoked because the person that he hit,hit his girlfriend in the nose. The guys girlfriend choked him.
