Stafford Subway Robbed; Police Seeking Public's Help in Identifying Suspect

The armed robbery happened Saturday evening.

The Connecticut State Police are asking the public’s assistance to identify the suspect who robbed a Subway in Stafford on Saturday.  

Around 7:45 p.m. on Jan. 25, police said a suspect walked into the Route 190 store, displayed a firearm and demanded the money from the register.

No injuries were reported in the incident and an undetermined amount of cash was taken during the robbery. The suspect fled in a silver Toyota.

Police described the suspect as a white male in his late 50's, 5'11, around 155-165 lbs with short, brown eyes and slicked-back hair that was grayish in the front and fading to brown in the back.
