Residents Charged in Domestic, Shoplifting Cases

A juvenile was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace at 9:15 on Wednesday night, according to an arrest report.
The juvenile was being held on a $1,000 bond while awaiting a Thursday court appearance, police said.

A Vernon woman is facing a sixth-degree larceny charge for allegedly shoplifting at the CVS store at 22 Windsor Ave., police said.
Brandy Lee Roberts, 30, of 25 Franklin St., was taken into custody at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, according to an arrest report.
She was released on a $500 bond and was assigned a court date of May 29, police said.

Cassandra Casiano, 20, of 137.5 Vernon Ave., Apt. D4, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace after a domestic incident at 3:20 p.m. on Wednesday, police said.
Her bond was set at $500 and she was to appear in court on Thursday, police said.
Also charged in the incident - for second-degree breach of peace - was Linda Velez, 40, of the same address.
She was released on a $500 bond and is also slated for a Thursday court appearance, police said.
