Police: Windsor Locks Woman Charged in Vernon "Girlfriend" Incident

The incident took place in Vernon a month ago, police said.

A Windsor Locks woman surrendered to authorities at the Vernon Police Department on Monday to answer charges related to a Vernon incident a month ago, according to an arrest report.

Diana Lecodet, 22, of 298 Old County Rd., Windsor Locks, reported to police at 9:35 p.m. A warrant had been issued for her arrest for second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, police said.

The charges are related to an incident on Feb. 12 in Vernon, police said. Police described the incident as an "ex-girlfriend threatening a new girlfriend type of case."

Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Tuesday, police said.
