A resident with four active criminal cases has been arrested again.
Chantelle Kellner, 24, of Vernon, was charged in South Windsor on March 18 with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and second-degree failure to appear in court, police said. Kellner was released on a $5,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on March 28, police said.
She has four active cases in the Superior Court system - two in Rockville, one in Manchester and one in New Britain, court records indicate. They are for failing to appear in court, risk of injury to a child and motor vehicle violations, according to court records.
In October, Kellner was charged with risk of injury and reckless endangerment after Manchester police said she allegedly brought her 8-month old daughter to a drug deal, police said.
