UPDATED: More Domestic Violence Charges for Vernon Man

This time he rammed his ex-wife's car, police said.

A Vernon man with a long history of domestic violence has had a few more charges added to his criminal resume.

Police said he rammed his vehicle into his estranged wife's vehicle on Monday at the intersection of Vernon Avenue and South Street.

Frank Frazier, 40, of 118 Terrace Drive, has been charged with second-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving and violating a protective order.

At 5:30 p.m. on Monday, police responded to a domestic disturbance at the intersection of Vernon Avenue and South Street.

Frazier's estranged wife and several witnesses said that Frazier intentionally rammed his vehicle into the front end of his estranged wife's vehicle, police said. Frazier was also questioned at the scene, police said. Frazier is not allowed to have contact with his estranged wife via a court-issued protective order, police said.

Frazier was then taken into custody and bond was set at $150,000, police said.

Police said that during the booking process, Frazier was given the opportunity to make a phone call. The booking officer overheard Frazier referring to a woman who also has a protective order against him.

He was then charged with another protective order violation and bond for that charge was set at $50,000.

Frazier was arraigned in court today. Bond for the first set of charges was increased to $200,000 and the second bond remained at $50,000.

And he remains in custody court officials said. Frazier's case was cntinued to May 20.

Frazier has ben arrested several times over the past several months for domestic violence.
