A Vernon man was to appear in court on Tuesday after he was slapped with three charges for a domestic incident on Sunday, police said.
Justin Schillinger, 34, of 655 Talcottville Rd., unit 191, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with police.
He was released on $1,500 bond and assigned a Tuesday court appearance, police said.
Police said that at 4:28 a.m. on Sunday, they investigated a domestic violence incident and eventually took Schillinger into custody.
