Man Arrested After Fight

Police said domestic argument turned physical.

A Vernon man is facing a second-degree breach of peace charge after getting into a fight with a former girlfriend on Tuesday, police said.

The incident involving Nicholas Carbone, 21, of  5 1/2 Lawrence St., took place at 7:15 p.m., police said.

Carbone was at West Main and Union Streets when an argument with the woman turned physical, police said,

He was arrested and his bond was set at $1,000. He is to appear in court today, according to an arrest report.
