Man Allegedly Takes Credit Card at Hospital and Goes Shopping
The Stafford man is facing several charges.
A Stafford man allegedly stole a credit card from someone at Rockville General Hospital and then went shopping with it in Vernon and surrounding towns, according to an arrest report.
The arrest on Wednesday of Brian Moore, 34, or 21 Gold St., Stafford, came after an investigation that began on Sept. 20, police said.
The stolen credit card was used in several locations, police said.
According to an arrest report, Moore is charged with:
• Four counts of credit card fraud.
• Credit card theft.
• Two counts of criminal attempt.
• Sixth-degree larceny.
