Man Accused of Stealing Baby Formula from CVS
The man is facing a larceny charge, according to police.
A Canton man has been charged by with sixth-degree larceny after allegedly stealing baby formula from the Rockville CVS, police said.
Michael Bierut, 34, of 5 Wickhams Fancy, Canton, was observed taking the formula from the at 22 Windsor Ave., or Route 83, according to an arrest report.
He fled the store property in a vehicle and was located on the Talcotville Road section of Route 83 and was stopped by police, according to an arrest report.
The incident took place at 8:55 p.m. on Wednesday, police said.
Bierut was given a $1,500 bond and was to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Thursday, police said.
