Sherborn, MA selectmen recently appointed a former Vernon fireman as the new Chief of Sherborn’s Fire Department.
Tim Morrissey, who served as Vernon's Deputy Fire Chief in 2001 and the second assistant Fire Chief in 2004, is set to continue his career in Massachusetts, wickedlocal.com reports.
Ron Arigo, a human resources professional in Sherborn, told wickedlocal.com that Morrissey "was exceptional in his ability to lead the department."
