Driver Hospitalized After Rollover Accident on I-84
An unidentified driver was taken by Lifestar to Hartford Hospital after accident.
A rollover accident on Interstate 84 in Vernon on early Saturday morning resulted in one person being taken to the hospital by Life Star, said state police.
The driver, whose name was not released, was traveling westbound on I-84 in the left lane, near exit 66. The vehicle crossed over the center and right travel lane before entering the soft shoulder lane, where it entered into a rollover before coming into a final rest, police said.
State police responded to the scene just before 6 a.m. The right lane was closed for hours before being reopened, police said.

The driver was transported to Hartford Hospital with serious injuries. The present condition of the driver is unknown. The accident is currently under investigation by state police.
