President Barack Obama's speech Monday at Chase Arena on the campus of the University of Hartford in West Hartford was emotional for the crowd as well as the President himself.

A tear in the corner of the President's left eye clearly evident after an impassioned introduction by Nicole Hockley, mother of Dylan Hockley, one of the children killed Dec. 14 in Sandy Hook. Many of the other Sandy Hook families were in the audience for the President's speech.
